Local Home Healthcare Agency is honored by the Better Business Bureau.

West Springfield, MA – The Better Business Bureau awarded Home Staff their 2007 Torch Award for ethical practices this year. Home Staff was especially honored since they are members of the geriatric health care provider community. In a time where most of the news focuses on financial exploitation and criminals acts on some of our most vulnerable and well-respected mature adults, a local company, Home Staff, strives to ensure their safety and protects them with their ethical practices.

At the ceremony hosted at the Mass Mutual Center, the recipient, Susan St. Onge, Branch Supervisor, was recognized for operating her office with strict policies and procedures and providing quality compassionate care to the community.

Also, criminal background checks are run on all applicants to make certain that our staff is honest and reliable while working in private homes.
