Navigating The Geriatric Health Care System - A New Informational Webinar From KidsTerrain

WILMINGTON, MA - September 9, 2008. How To Navigate The Geriatric Health Care provides information on resources and services available such as, ASAPs (Aging Service Access Point), local Councils on Aging, the role of SHINE counselors, and options for home care, including the differences types of elder care facilities available.

Ms. Salmonson also addresses the role of the geriatric case manager, the importance of an elder law attorney, working with a financial advisor, choosing a geriatric physician, and where to seek professional assistance.
