Circle of Caregivers

Our highly-skilled and professional staff provide our clients with compassionate and quality care. All of our caregivers are protected with:

• Criminal background checks (CORI)
• Training and certification
• On-going caregiver's supervision

Our Professional Staff Consist of:

• Nurse
  An employee licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to perform treatments, therapies and administer medications as prescribed by a physician. They also do client assessments, placements and supervise caregivers. (see Nursing Assistance)
• Personal Care Aide-Home Health Aide (PHCA)
  A certified employee who assists with personal care (see personal care) that can also assist with housekeeping duties (see Homemaker below) and participate in recreational activites (see entertainment/leisure).
• Homemaker
  A certified PHCA who assists with housekeeping activities. (see cleaning)(see errands)
• Chore Worker
  An employee who is hired to assist with difficult tasks such as moving furniture, cleaning out attics, basements, ovens, refrigerators.
